The Scaffolding Model

Supervision is a developmental journey. I move from Teacher to Coach to Mentor, co-constructing next steps at every stage. Early-stage interns receive high structure and directive teaching, mid-stage associates work in balanced collaboration, and advanced associates operate with increasing autonomy while receiving mentorship on professional development and complex cases.

Is this the right fit for your needs?

15 minutes to discuss your goals, timeline, and best supervision format. No obligation.

  • Quick intro to my scaffolding approach.
  • Match to the right format (individual, triadic, or both).

Not a fit: If you want supervision that is only administrative sign-off with no case review, skills work, or clinical development.

Practice Development & Consultation

Great clinicians deserve great practices.

You spent years mastering the therapy room β€” but nobody trained you to run a business. The administrative side of private practice can feel overwhelming: systems, workflows, client intake, digital tools, and everything in between.

That's where I come in. I help clinical professionals build confidence in the business of practice β€” with a focus on digital workflows that reduce administrative burden and free you up to do what you do best: work with clients.

Whether you're just starting out or looking to streamline an existing practice, we'll build a plan that fits how you work.

Practice Systems & Workflows

Design intake processes, documentation workflows, and scheduling systems that run smoothly β€” so you stop reinventing the wheel every week.

Digital Practice Development

From EHR setup to telehealth platforms and client-facing tools β€” build a digital presence and infrastructure that supports growth.

Business Confidence Coaching

Tackle the administrative and business decisions that feel uncertain β€” fee setting, caseload management, referral networks, and more.

Time Back in Your Day

Identify bottlenecks and implement tools that reduce time spent on admin β€” so more hours go toward clients, not paperwork.

NC Licensure Compliance

You'll track your own hours against NCMFTLB requirements. At least 1,000 of the 1,500 clinical hours must be post-degree, and at least 25 supervision hours must be post-degree. Board processes can change over time. New applications started on or after Oct 1, 2025 may require a background check.
